		<description>I have to defend us (and all bloggers) on this one. Blog posts need to be concise and interesting. Getting into the minutia of certain items (like following a mention of TIF with a detailed definition of it and a further explanation of how TIF differs from other types of credits), can quickly makes a post very boring to read. This contrasts with our policy or case studies, where exactness of definition is required. 

That being said, we can always do a better job of linking to more detailed information to make it as easy as possible for people to find it if they want or need it.</description>
