		<description>Your basic point that special tax subsidies are inefficient and inequitable is well taken. However, because taxes inherently take money from those who earned, and gives it to those who didn&#039;t, all taxes are inequitible.

As far as efficiency goes, what makes you think that the government does a good job with contracts and money?  The government regularly and increasingly violates the right of contract.  The value of the dollar has decreased by 95% in the last century.</description>
