The sports teams are such economic engines. Ford should not worry about property taxes, sports teams don't have to. Ford should say we want the state to own the plant, just like stadiums(government ownership). The state pays for utilities, all upgrades, maintenance and of course we should get paid to manage the state's factory, just like getting paid to manage stadiums. Just look at the Wizards in KCK, I can't wait until GM asks for the same deal. What will Kansas do then? Ford should ask for the same deal that we give sports teams.
