		<description>Of course missing one person won&#039;t do the trick. But in the aggregate, missing people will mean formulas by which Missouri will miss out on federal dollars.  Since I&#039;m from New York State, that ought to be fine with me.  But since I&#039;m a librarian and want to have as accurate a count as possible, it would be to my information user side&#039;s best interest to get everyone.
