		<description>Great post, Chrissy — way to find free markets in Perez&#039;s blog!  Michael Moore&#039;s view on tax credits was one of the only topics he had (almost) right, and it&#039;s unfortunate he had to ruin that by accepting the subsidies.</description>

Tax credits are public money -- when a state grants a tax credit, that much less money is available for other state programs and services. 

I am continually amazed that during such fiscally tight times, it makes sense to dole out millions for a movie instead of preserving already-suffering public programs.</description>
