		<description>Eapen, whether you find it reasonable to spend 100 per employee per year on food or not does not answer the question of whether this is proper for government agencies. Every dollar spent on the services provided by the government must be taxed away from the citizens of Missouri. Oversight that saves our taxpayers 4 million dollars per year is certainly worth considering.</description>
