		<description>I have absolutely no desire to roll back tort reform, Doctor. I think you need to re-read my post and the editorial by Mr. Harris which I was referring to. I was saying that those who do want to roll back tort reform should attempt to do it through democratic means, not the courts. They will lose that effort, which is great, and I will oppose them every way I can, but attempting to do it through the courts is even worse.

Unless you meant &quot;you&quot; in a general sense, and not specific to me and my post, as in rhetorically saying, &quot;Why would anyone want to roll back tort reform?&quot;
