Reitman was in Saint Louis and Detroit in the first place BECAUSE of the tax credits that both states offer. He, curiously, did not scout every damn state in the U.S, which I am sure all have empty buildings. It would have probably been in somewhat poor taste for him to mention the tax incentive as the only reason for coming here, but that does not mean it was not a huge incentive for him. Again, that is why this was a scouting trip for him in the first place. You missed yet another point, Ms. Harbin.
