		<description>I view it as a not terrible thing that SOME MDs are refusing to accept new Medicaid patients.  It means that the state is striking very near the best deal it can for the people of Missouri.  If almost all MDs took the rates, then there probably a little too much fat in them.  If almost no MDs took the rates, then the people probably aren&#039;t served too well.</description>
