Then the TIF application timeline shows these areas not starting construction for 7-10 years. The plan clearly is to turn the near northside into a greenfield by driving away the people, that way their property will be extra devalued for a great profit for McKee. Today the North Side Community Benefits Alliance flyered all of these listed churches to let them know of our TIF education forum at True Grace Baptist Church at 2319 Cass (also on the list). The forum is 3-5 pm on Sunday August 9th. It was horrible having to walk into these pastors' offices and give them the bad news that their churches are on the TIF list. Satan is abroad in north city, that's the consensus in the Pentecost.
