		<description>I&#039;m as guilty as the next person of not always traveling at or below the posted limit, but for the record, if people don&#039;t speed through Mack&#039;s Creek, they can&#039;t get a speeding ticket there.
Obviously speed limits are a general problem since the government has a near monopoly on interstate highways.</description>
