We are going to be talking about the charter proposal that people in Franklin Co. will be voting on next Tueday. For your info, here is the testimony I gave to the charter commission last year, along with an op-ed I wrote last year about the issue.

Phil, who is from Franklin County, likes the charter. I do, too, with the huge exception of the horrible idea for nonpartisan elections at the county level. That is what we are going to be talking about, and it should be a lot of fun.
