Some pregnancies sometimes don&#039;t have the chance to end in an hospital, specially in certain rural areas. I&#039;m from a country where midwifery is totally legalized, as an almost equal number of children come at home as well as at the hospital or clinic. Interesting point/concern to raise.</description>
