I'm not sure what that leaves out that goods and services leaves in. People whose house has a better view of the mountains would likely consider themselves wealthier, but that's hard to quantify into a good/service (kinda hard to measure come to think of it). I suppose one could just call it a specific kind of house, and note that it is more in-demand than other types of house. A good view of the mountains could also qualify as a service, especially if the owner of the mountains built a retractable dome around them and charges people to retract it. I agree with the "not just money" part, but I think "anything people want" is too broad. Usually when economists talk about wealth, they're referring to material goods and services. “It is not just money; it is anything that people want.”
