People whose house has a better view of the mountains would likely consider themselves wealthier, but that&#039;s hard to quantify into a good/service (kinda hard to measure come to think of it). I suppose one could just call it a specific kind of house, and note that it is more in-demand than other types of house.

A good view of the mountains could also qualify as a service, especially if the owner of the mountains built a retractable dome around them and charges people to retract it. (Oh, exclusion, you difficult thing you.)</description>
