		<description>Great find, Sarah. Unfortunately, I find the article less humerous than the Belgian one, perhaps because this could become a reality in this country. This is one of the most pathetic stories I have read in some time. Let&#039;s take the best and the brightest and have them work for the social security administration or for some local recorder of deeds. I think the idea of a bunch of enthusiasic, idealistic young people entering all different departments of civilian government service is horrible. That is exactly the type of person who will constantly seek to expand the powers and role of government. It is bad enough that current government regulators think they know how to tell you to live your life better than you do; imagine if they had a four-year degree in it at taxpayer expense?</description>
