		<description>Her charge, and what she was found guilty of, was essentially &quot;violating myspace&#039;s TOS.&quot; Explicitly they charged her with violating the TOS in three specific ways, viz. Lying about your identity, harassing another user, and trying to obtain info from a minor. It is perhaps up for debate whether violating a sites TOS constitutes fraud. It has been pointed out to me that perhaps a more fitting punishment would&#039;ve been to delete her account.</description>
