HSA Legislation Is Signed Into Law

With the signing of H.B. 818 into law this past Friday, Missouri is now the first state in the nation to allow small businesses to contribute to their employees’ individually-selected Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Here is a primer on HSAs, how they work, and why they matter. Here is an op-ed on HSAs.
